Battle Secrets

There are certain battle secrets that will help you proceed through the game.
If you find yourself at an impasse, try referring to the gameplay tips below.

In order to protect your cities, release military facilities with Administration from the "Appointments" Force command, and construct buildings to defend them.
From Administration, position an officer that can release a military facility to the Support department.
After acquiring a new city or core, don't forget to set an area overseer, training overseer, and recruitment overseer.
Be aware of neighboring area effects (effects that raise unit abilities) when doing battle.
In order to expand your territory, aim for enemy units that are marching alone, and try to whittle down the enemy's strength.
For powerful enemies such as "Lu Bu" and "Zhang Liao", rather than attacking them head on, try to cut off their supply lines (which lowers the morale of enemy units), construct buildings, or use tactics.
