Arranging Items
You can gain an advantage in battle by using items that recover your Health or that strengthen your abilities.
Items can be obtained by purchasing them at Shops, or by handing over materials at Shops and having Items Crafted.
There are some items that you can Craft yourself from "Belongings" - "Items" on the pause screen.
In order to Craft, you must complete Scrolls by gathering all of a Scroll's pieces as well as the Materials written on it,
so try to gather Scrolls and Materials whenever you have the chance.
Scrolls
Scrolls have instructions for Crafting items written on them.
In order to Craft items and weapons, you need to gather a required number of Scroll pieces in order to complete the Scroll.
After completing a Scroll, you can Craft as many of the respective items as you wish as long as you have enough Materials.
Sometimes enemy officers will leave behind Scrolls after defeating them.
In addition, you can receive them as rewards for completing Requests.
Obtaining Weapons
Usually, weapons are purchased from Blacksmiths.
However, if you have completed a Scroll and gathered the required Materials, you can also have them Crafted from Blacksmiths.
Depending on the type of weapon you equip, the moves you can execute will change.
Although any weapon can be equipped, each officer has a Favorite Weapon.
If you equip a Favorite Weapon, some Trigger Attacks and Flow Attacks will become powerful "Unique Attacks."
You can check Favorite Weapons from "Equipment" - "Weapons" on the pause screen.
Obtaining Weapon Scrolls
You can obtain Scrolls for crafting weapons by giving your old coins to Coin Collectors.
Obtain old coins from Dilettantes as a reward based on your Hunting Points, or by fishing.
Reforging Weapons
By attaching Gems to weapons and reforging them, you can add elemental attributes or raise your abilities.
You can equip Gems to various types of attacks from "Officer Info" - "Reforge" on the pause screen.
By attaching Gems with elemental attributes such as Flame and Ice, you can add such attributes to your attacks.
For effects that raise abilities, the amount such abilities will be raised is a cumulative value based on all of your attached Gems,
regardless of which attacks they have been attached too.
Gems can be purchased or Crafted from Blacksmiths, and they can be purchased from Trading Posts as well.

as well as achieve effects such as preventing Stamina from being depleted.
Accessories can be purchased or Crafted from Blacksmiths, and they can be purchased from Trading Posts as well.
Upgrading Abilities
As you accumulate EXP and level up, the abilities of your officers will be raised, and you will also obtain Upgrade Points.
By using your Upgrade Points, you can upgrade the abilities of officers even further.
You can freely choose how to distribute your points from "Officer Info" - "Upgrade" on the pause screen.
Developing Horses
You can purchase horses from Horse Shops. After purchasing horses, you can set them as your mount by selecting them from "Stables."
You can raise your horses' levels and develop them by mounting them and riding into battle or by travelling long distances with them.
Horses will develop differently, even if they are of the same type, so try developing a variety of horses.
You can sell horses that have been developed for high prices.
Horses that have not been set as your mount will not develop, regardless of how long you ride them.
Make sure to purchase horses and set them as your mount from "Stables" whenever you have the spare gold.
