In addition to upgrading characters and preparing for battle, you can change settings and more.
Each building (Dojo, Blacksmith, Shop, and Stables) has a "Building Level", and by using Gold and Materials to raise their levels, their functions will be upgraded.

Building Levels are shared between Musou Mode and Citadel Mode.

2My Castle Rank

Your current My Castle Rank.
As you raise your My Castle Rank, the maximum levels Building Levels can reach will be raised.
Your My Castle Rank will be raised as you progress through Musou Mode.

3Gold

The current amount of Gold you have.

4Materials

The current Materials you have.
Materials can be obtained as spoils of war in Citadel Mode or from the Shop.

Online Co-officer (2 player) Play

After clearing the scenario "Turmoil on Mt. Inaba" in Nobunaga's Path, Online Co-officer Play will be unlocked.
You can switch to Online Co-officer Play from the March Screen by pressing the corresponding button.

You can return to Offline Mode by pressing the button again.

There are some battles that cannot be selected for Co-officer Play.

March

After selecting the scenario and your character, you will proceed to battle.

You can change the difficulty setting from the Select Scenario Screen.

If you have met certain conditions or own DLC costumes, you can change costumes from the Select Character Screen.

Offline Co-officer (2 player) Play

After clearing the scenario "Turmoil on Mt. Inaba" in Nobunaga's Path, Offline Co-officer Play will be unlocked.
You can switch to Co-officer Play in the March Screen by pressing the corresponding button.

You can return to Single Player Mode by pressing the button again.

There are some battles that cannot be played in Co-officer Play.

Free Mode

With this mode, you can replay scenarios you have cleared in Musou Mode using any 2 characters you want. The characters that can be used in Free Mode are unlocked as you make progress in Musou Mode.

For some battles, there are characters that cannot be selected.

Dojo

At the Dojo, you can upgrade characters or change equipment.

You can only upgrade characters that you are able to use in Free Mode.

Officer TrainingAcquire Skill Consume Skill Points to have characters learn skills.
TrainingConsume Stock EXP to raise the levels of your characters. As their levels increase, they will unlock new actions.
Increase Weapon MasteryConsume Stock Weapon Mastery to raise Weapon Mastery Rank. As Weapon Mastery Rank increases, new Ultimate Skills will be unlocked.
Select Troops (Citadel Mode only)Change the units to be equipped.
Character InfoView your character's abilities.
Upgrade Building Raise the Building Level. As you raise the level, the maximum levels that abilities (Level and Weapon Mastery Rank) can be upgraded to are increased.

Blacksmith

At the Blacksmith, you can manage the weapons you possess.

Upgrade WeaponsConsume Skill Gems or Gold to affix skills to weapons, or to upgrade skills that have been affixed. As you upgrade weapons, their Weapon Rank will increase.
Note: You cannot equip weapons whose Weapon Rank is higher than your Weapon Mastery Rank.
Dismantle WeaponRemove affixed skills to obtain Skill Gems and Gold.
Note: Dismantled weapons will be lost.
Craft WeaponA weapon can be crafted into a weapon of a different type.
Note: Unlocked after raising the Building Level to a certain extent.
Upgrade BuildingRaise the Building Level. As you raise the level, you will also raise the maximum Skill Level you can affix.

Shop

At the Shop, you can purchase items that will be useful in battle, as well as items that are required for upgrading.

Purchase AccessoriesPurchase weapons, Skill Gems, and items that can be used in battle.
Purchase Scrolls/MaterialsPurchase materials such as the Principles of War and Strategic Tomes.
Sell Skill GemsSell Skill Gems for Gold.
Sell MaterialsSell Materials for Gold.
Upgrade BuildingRaise the Building Level. As you raise the level, the amount of items available for sale increase, and rare items will become available.

Stables

You can purchase or manage mounts from the Stables.
Mounts obtain Mount EXP when you defeat enemies in battle, or by performing Equestrian Drills at the Stables. When you obtain a certain amount of Mount EXP, its level will be raised, and its abilities will be upgraded.

PurchasePurchase mounts.
Skill DrillsAcquire skills for mounts, or use them to upgrade other mounts.
Note: Mounts used to upgrade other mounts will be lost.
Equestrian DrillsRaise the levels of your mounts.
SellSell mounts for Gold.
Mount InfoCheck the abilities of your mounts.
Upgrade BuildingRaise the Building Level. As you raise the level, the number of mounts you can possess will increase. Also, it will sometimes make horses with high abilities available.

Hermit's Retreat (Citadel Mode only)

At the Hermit's Retreat, you can view event scenes between characters.
Events are unlocked by raising the Friendship Levels of the characters to a certain extent.
Friendship Levels can be raised by having characters march into battle together in Citadel Mode.

Check tutorials, change game options, or save or load data.
